Welcome to the City of Portsmouth Circuit Court Clerk's secure remote access site. This
site contains scanned index books for land, will and chancery records and the images associated
with those records. We have also recently added chancery records in an index search
format for subscribers. Additional images have also been added.
Subscribers of the Clerk's current SRA site will be granted rights to access this site remotely from
outside the Clerk's office. The user name and passwords assigned to the current SRA site will also be
valid for this site.
